Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Letter is free forever — the morning letter every day, plus the calendar, tasks, meals and routines, and handoffs by text. It is not a trial that expires.

What does the Concierge add?

Kynlo’s judgment, for $4.99 a month: the anticipating, the rebalancing, weekly reviews, groceries staged into a cart on one word, and your letter pre-written by 8am.

Is there a free trial of the Concierge?

Yes — 30 days, free. And whatever you decide at the end of it, the Letter stays free forever.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from Settings, anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for — you keep what you paid for; we don’t prorate refunds.

How are payments handled?

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers, and plans renew automatically until you cancel.
