Kynlo
Terms, in plain language.
Effective July 8, 2026
Kynlo is a household concierge: it keeps your family’s schedules, tasks, meals, and routines in one calm place, writes you a daily letter, and — when you ask it to — acts on your word. Using Kynlo means agreeing to the terms below. We’ve kept them short and honest.
Your account
- You must be an adult (18 or older) to create an account. Kynlo is built for parents and guardians; children use it only through a family a parent manages.
- Keep your account information accurate, and your sign-in to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
Subscriptions
- The core of Kynlo — including the daily letter — has a free tier. Paid plans add the concierge’s judgment and hands.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for; we don’t prorate refunds, but you keep what you paid for.
Text messages
If you enable SMS, Kynlo will text you — the morning letter, questions, and confirmations. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end texts, or turn them off in Settings.
When the concierge acts for you
- Kynlo acts on your behalf only on your explicit word, only within limits you set, and every act is recorded in your Household Book where you can see it and stop it.
- Kynlo never holds your passwords for other services and never touches payment credentials at any store.
- You can turn off any of the concierge’s hands, at any time, with one word.
Honest limits
- Kynlo’s judgment is powered by AI. It works hard to be right, and it is sometimes wrong. Double-check anything consequential — dates, fees, deadlines — before you rely on it.
- Kynlo is an organizer, not an advisor. Nothing it says is medical, legal, or financial advice. Decisions about your family are yours.
- The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we can’t promise it will never be down or never make a mistake. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you’ve paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Fair use
Don’t use Kynlo to break the law, to harass anyone, to send spam, or to probe, overload, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do. Your family’s content remains yours; you give us only the permission needed to store it, process it, and show it back to your family — nothing more. How we handle your data is covered by our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Leaving
You can leave anytime, and you can take everything with you: write to hello@kynlo.life and your family’s data will be deleted, fully and promptly.
The fine print
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we ever change these terms in a way that matters, this page changes first — and the date above with it.
